Research Summary

I am a Chinese international undergraduate student pursuing a B.A in Biochemistry. I am really interested in the study about cancer and I joined the laboratory of Dr. Shujie Yang.  The major study in our lab is focused on endometrial cancer. I have learned many skills while performing experiments with the instructors and other students. Our group work is always harmonious, similar to a big family. Now, I can complete some basic experiments independently, such as cell harvesting, cell passaging, and western blotting. I am also involved in the project which investigates the antitumor effect of CUDC-907 and RNA splicing in endometrial cancer.
