Research Summary: (Pursuing) B.S. Biomedical Sciences

I am a junior majoring in biomedical sciences with a public health certificate and political science minor. My independent project in Dr. Yang and Dr. Meng’s laboratory revolves around the MTDH oncogene and drugs that may downregulate its expression. In the future, I aspire to attend medical school and become a pediatrician, as well as work in improving maternal and child health with a public health organization.
